It was one of my biggest complaints of Garrett, but man McCarthy has him beat by a mile. As they were driving down the field to end the game was mind boggling. Seems like he's never prepared to do his job or manage the coaches under him. I've never felt like the Cowboys have had a strategic advantage under McCarthy.

Just one of the many reasons he should have been gone after GB. In 5 years, he's never got better at it.

As you said, we never had an advantage with McCarthy as our HC. Just like when Garrett was here.
