I wouldn't be so certain of that, especially if T. Crawford is out. J. Crawford is definitely out.

Officially, Tony Romo was listed as not having participated in practice, but he was on the field during the portion of practice open to the media. Tyler Patmon (knee) and Dekoda Watson (hamstring) also did not practice. Josh Brent (groin), Tyrone Crawford (knee), Doug Free (foot), Nick Hayden (shoulder) and Rolando McClain (knee) were listed as full participants.

Glad to hear that T. Crawford was full go. Thanks.

There are 3 keys to this game:

1. Run the ball effectively
2. Hit Sanchez again and again and again.
3. Make their offense beat us. Don't give up special team score

special teams will be very important. also stopping their run and forcing sanchez to beat you with his arm. this is going to be a war and in the end i think if our defense can stop them a few times and we can get the run game and play action working we can pull out a victory

Last year I was concerned about... well, everything on defense.

Seriously though, Dallas did do a nice job of handling the Philly offense last season.

Yeah, last year it was the whole 'Kiffin v. Kelley' debate because of the college Oregon/USC debacle. But we handled them really well.

Indeed we did. If that carries over to this season, Dallas will have a lot of success against Philly.

That is the big question though.

I guess there is a small possibility that they could have 5 DTs active. I don't think it would be their 1st choice, but if T. Crawford is limited they could have somebody like Street inactive. If Randle is injured, then that would be another spot. If don't think they will call Ryan Williams up if Randle is just out for 1 game. They've been keeping Melton's snap count in the low thirties in most games. The injury to Jack Crawford is probably why Hayden had 51 snaps to lead all DLinemen.
