Time off for McCarthy seems to have helped him

His forced one year sabbatical seems to have helped him reflect and analyze his deficiencies and learn aspects of the league that as a coach he was unable to fully delve into due to the HC duties.
I hope it makes him a better Coach.
And that's for Damn Sure what Jerry's hoping for!
