Is he worth the money he is being paid.
He went from 75 catches to 36 catches and even had his share of drops.
Went from 833 yards to 314

So in comparison to Dez, is it time to Cut Cole and use wonder boy wasted draft pick Switzer?
I mean for a 3rd down / slot WR is $4 million too much for his production?

No. It's time to get 2 new WR's that can help him, Zeke, and Dak out. Once that happens the trickle down effect will work.

Teams played Beasley different this year because they feel good about single covering Dez because he only runs 3-4 routes from the 90s with no double moves and he runs them poorly with a lack of true effort.

Beasley is a role playing WR, not a #1 and not even a #2. We need a better #1. T-Will is a capable #2. Fix the #1 problem and we'll be fine.

Yes cut all the receivers

Cut Dez..he lost a step

Cut Beasley..he lost a step

Cut Twilliams..he lost a step

Cut Butler..He lost a step

They all lost a step in a span of 8 months despite being in mid-late 20s

Lets keep the inaccurate dink and dunk because he cant win with these bums

His production started falling last year after the giants game when teams started covering the te with the Sam and began to bracket him so they could play 8 man boxes. As seen on the giants blitz, when they tried to single him with Collins this year he's still highly effective against single coverage which he should be getting as the slot. Need a te that can stream the seem to open those underneath routes back up, it's not gonna matter who you cut until then!

uhh...Dez was double and triple covered quite often. When was Beasley ever double covered...don't deflect it..

At this trajectory, at some point, I'm waiting for someone to suggest we cut all the season ticket account managers and the concession workers.

The concession workers gave team members bad hot dogs that made them sick and play poorly. Yes, cut the concession workers. LOL

I'm pretty sure it has a lot to do with knowing that the QB has tendencies. Underneath throws. No tight window throws. Few 50/50 balls. No back shoulder throws. No throws outside the numbers. Not very accurate. SO...let's force him to make those throws by taking away his security blankets underneath (Witt and Beasley).

Oh and yes...Dez and all the receivers get blamed for drops, poor routes, missing assignments but hey...so should the QB. Just sayin'.
