Time to dump Tyron Smith

I was really hoping they would have traded him to the Texans or Seahawks a few years ago when both teams were tossing around picks for LT help. Could’ve gotten ahead of the injuries and reinvested the pick into a younger stud LT. Hind sight is 20/20 though,

I said it during the summer and I'm saying it again. Tyron Smith misses too many games, trade him in the offseason and get a young talent to replace him. I'm tired of this guy not being there multiple weeks in a season. An article I read said he missed 27 games in the last 5 years. You need a rock at left tackle and Tyron is not it anymore. This year he is dealing with neck and ankle issues, think he will miss more games? You can count on it.
Tyron Smith might be very good, be is nothing when sitting on the bench, which is often. Get a young stud in there so we are not shuffling our Oline all the time.

I'm Tyron biggest fan but availability is the best ability. He's a HOF player but we need to invest in his replacement, hopefully they get to learn from him first.

Every time Tyron gets a booboo and the line is shuffled around it weakens our entire offense. I'm saying this coming offseason is the time to bring in someone who can play the position well for the full season, and seasons to come. Make it a priority the next draft.

Counting this game Tyron has missed 28 games in 10 seasons. Counting the 5 game brain dead suspension Collins has missed 39 in 6 seasons. But yeah, let’s get rid of Tyron!
