Time to get behind our new Coach

If Jerry Jones hires Wade Phillips today as coach of the Dallas Cowboys ..... its time for everyone to rally around our team and stop all this crying.

I wanted Rivera ...... but now that Wade has been chosen I am 100% behind him .....

I'm with you on this angle....This new coach needs a LONG Honeymoon without a constant vapor trail of second guessing and whineing

Too many that wanna be the 1st to predict something as gonna be this or gonna be that..........

Then they have to pump so much political capital into thier position it gets taken to a level that isnt needed............

They almost get 100% invested in the defeat or failure of a concept or Indiv., they get to a point where they need it to happen...........

i'm in. not who i wanted but everyone deserves a chance to see if they can live up their being "the choice". the moaning will start now simply because fanxyz didn't get their pick and the jerry bashing will continue because some people are only alive for that so reality wouldn't change a thing.

jerry interviewed 10 candidates. he left no stone unturned and these were not token phone call interviews. if in the end phillips is his choice then as parcells once asked of everyone - i'm in.

Well I made no question that I did not like the idea of Norv possibly being the next HC here, but I would have given him a chance if he was hired.

I will give Wade a chance as well.

I would give any coach a chance, even if I did not like the hire.
