Seems the rest of the NFL finally catches up to what I already knew. Kellen Moore is still an apprentice. If Jerry once again does what needs to be done ala bring in a competent offensive coordinator. I think Dak would take off. Kellen Moore had more than half the season to figure out what teams with good defensive coordinators were doing. Denver gave the so-called blueprint and Kellen never tore it up. I just don't want to waste another season of somebody else giving a blueprint and seeing this all over again next season. Just can't understand why Jerry can't remember what he did when we won three Super Bowls. We had great secondary coaches behind Jimmy. Jerry still thinks he can plug and play anybody in key positions at the coaching spots. Doesn't work that way in any sport. I'm not hating on Moore. I just want to win! And IMHO I don't think we can with Moore running the offense. And speaking of offense? What the crap does McCarthy do? I've never heard of any NFL coach who's supposed to be of an offensive minded coach not wanting to be a part of the scheme.
Don't get it at all.....

If KM is back, his role needs to be reduced. Have him help with the play design. He's good at that at least. What he isn't good at is situational play calling.
MM should call the plays. That's the setup they have in SF. This way, KM can learn but still be involved with the offense and be productive.

We should also seriously think about getting Kitna back as the QB coach.

Yeah that really sickened me hearing MMs lack of input when he had to know it was needed. Screw him and his coordinator

Of course it is. Its sad that we have to hope for other teams to take our bad coaches because the owners too dumb to get rid of them himself.

the only hope is some one hire him as head coach before jerry have a chance to promote him

like nightrain say he is the new garrett...jerry obsesson with him finding the next great cowboys coach

I'd love to know who actually calls the plays. Why do the Cowboys shy away from the run so quickly? Why does there appear to be so much confusion at times, like in the final 13 seconds of the game with SF? Why are there so many offensive penalties?

How about KM or somebody teach Dak how to read defenses quickly, throw with anticipation, and consistently throw a receiver open. Teach, watch film, grow!!!

You know how when you have a girlfriend you think I’d hot but overall she sucks, is psycho s as f your friends don’t like her.. but you can’t let go because you envision her being everything you want? ..maybe not…but that is that Jerry does with Garrett and Moore..he thinks he struck gold before anyone else in the NFL discovered it despite it being an aluminum can. He’s afraid they’ll be the new “it” person elsewhere but overall he will be 6 feet under looking for the next one,

If I’m not mistaken Moore has interviewed for two jobs. I don’t think Jerry is as enamored with Moore like some of you think. Jerry was good friends with Garrett's dad. Garrett was a backup during the glory days. I think Jerry actually had love for Garrett. Moore isn’t Jerry’s Garrett. Perhaps Jerry sees Moore as his Sean Payton getting away, but not his Garrett.

MM can call the plays at the local high school up by his barn where he studied every 2019 Cowboy play.

Same result to this point. Jerry probably wouldn't give Moore a decade as HC, but he held on to him when he let JG walk for a reason.

The problem is the stats say Moore had a good year. I don't see how Jerry will make a change.

KM isn't "his" coordinator. McCarthy had no say in the matter, because Moore is Jerry's coordinator.

I've often felt it's entirely possible that MM resents not being included in the OC makeup. I think he stayed entirely out of the OC picture in spite, as much as anything else. I suspect Jerry wanted MM to take a back seat to the OC proceedings and he did so to a fault. (jmho)

Clearly he believes in Moore. Why else would he step away from the offensive game plan in the playoffs?

Otherwise he has zero integrity and is only here for a paycheck. At some point when your being drug down by the bosses hire you have to stand up. The other option is to look like a fool going forward.
