Time to revisit: Ball vs Oglesby

I was upset at the time that we didn't keep Oglesby but it looks like I was wrong and our staff made the right choice.

I thought he had a solid game in his 1st start and was oh so close to making a game changing play.

I look forward to more Alan Ball after my turkey Thursday.

I have always kind of liked ball. Newman has always talked highly of him and he plays well on special teams.

I hope he continues to play well with his opportunity.

i was wrong too about ball, he is slowly improving, not sure how oglesby is doing right now.

i wished newman would wake up and quit some of the goofups he has been doing the last 3 games or so.

Only problem I have w/Ball is that he is not a hawk. He is solid otherwise, very tough and technically sound. But it would be nice if he had more "ball" awareness.

Still to early to say what he is or isn't.

He's still a developing player that can only prove himself with more PT.
