I saw a stat that over the last two years Dallas has had the most points off turnovers than any other team. I believe the number was 220 points.

The offense has been fortunate the defense has the most takeaways at 67 the last two years.

The Dallas offense has been good, but the defense has made it a top five unit.

All everyone complains about is how the Cowboys offense is too simple.

The offense is great if you want to compile statistics. The problem is that it is not repeatable. It breaks down at times and will almost always break down under pressure in critical moments. The 2016 offense was a thing of beauty. A genuinely consistent juggernaut that would beat down opponents. Like everyone else I would love to return to this. Not happening though. You will worship the statistics at all costs.

The Cowboys had an elite offensive line in 2016 because Dak and Zeke were getting paid peanuts.

The reality of paying your QB big money is that you can no longer have a dominant team around him. He has to carry you.
