If we're planning on signing Williams as our running back should definitely sit him and not take a chance on destroying his shoulder good time to let Blue play.

NFL teams do not do that. Can’t do that. We will put any guys who are injured on IR and bring up others from the PS, but healthy players will play tomorrow and on Christmas Day. Dak and Lamb may sit out vs Giants.

Yeah I'm serious I think we could improve our drafting position and winning does absolutely nothing for us at this point.

I get what you are saying but who exactly is sitting on the bench that we need to see? There is nobody there that brings any excitement. A bunch of veteran JAGs and trash picks.

It seems to me that the more time the starters have playing together on the field, the more cohesive they will become.

The will become more familiar with each other and their nuances. they will begin to think as a group. They will become as team.

Right now the starters need to work on precision. That requires real time participation.

If the backups deserved to be on the field during a regular season game then they would already be better than the starter and already out there.

I think Schotty and the FO want to finish with the best record possible because A) it looks better, and, B) if you believe them, they think the benefit of carry-over is more important than seeing what they have in backups and draft position, and that it's worth the risk of key players being injured.
