Time to trade for value: Fire Sale!!

I am not in the trade Romo camp. Elite Qb's are too hard to come by.

But since many of you are that desperate how about some of these:

Jason Witten: my fav cowboy. However he holds a lot of value and Dallas could get multiple picks in a trade I believe. Maybe a 1st and a 3rd.

Jay Ratliff: What is his trade value?

Bradie James: What is his trade value?

Marion Barber: What is his trade value?

AND The Big one:

Demarcus Ware: I know I know I know. Off limits. Cornerstone. NFL MVP candidate. But if we are going to rebuild how about going big time.

But if you want Romo gone why not Ware? It would have to be an unbelievable amount of top picks and players. In today's NFL it would be impossible to pull another H Walker trade off.

But what if you got a Walker deal?
What would it take for you to trade him?

Or is it just simply unfathomable.

Why rebuild though? This team is a couple of quick fixes away roster wise.


The players just need to get their mind's right. Thats the most important thing.


Our Offensive line is our most troublesome unit and we are a Mankins and Right Tackle (possibly Sam Young) away from having that sured up.

No need to do this in today's NFL. The margin between the best and worst in the NFL is pretty small talent wise.

I don't see why we need to "rebuild" the roster. Make some changes, yes. Not a fire sale. We SHOULD get 2 starters next year with a top 5 and top 38ish pick as well.

I think its vice versa. Dude the season was over before you cut your Jack-O-Lantern. That is stuff the Detroit Lions and Cleveland Browns are made of. Not the firggin Dallas Cowboys!

Its time to get serious and start chopping the dead weight and pipe dreams and duct tape fixes off this roster and get some real players in here.

Yeah but he was lined up outside.

His first step was outside (along with Felix)

And the LB shot inside.


The only way he could have got that block was to stand right behind Doug Free and possibly trip him up and have no initial step.



From the Endzone angle it looked like the only back who had any type of pre-snap alignment that could've got him in position to make that block was Felix and his responsibility was on the other side.

Somewhere out there a team is better than mine, and i want that team to be mine so i will scrap my whole team to spite my fandom and cheer for the team that i wish i had and will never achieve.


The problem with wanting new things is you are never satisfied, if you have an elite QB, you want someone elses elite QB.

This is not a shot at the OP he asked a good question and deserves a fair response and here it is.

You cant scrap the team, period. You also have to see which new HC comes in, IF a GM comes in and what changes are made at the scouting department.

Than it becomes a game of building on what the new HC wants. Dont go trading away CB's if hes going to rely heavily on CB's.

At this point i wouldnt even trade away our WR corp, but let some go and hopefully some new finds are brought in.

Id keep romo, but if the new HC wants to go another way, im fine with that too. So with that feeling, theres no one id want to trade because we dont know if the new HC and his crew could play to the strenghts of our boys.

Today they suck, he might come in and change that around?
