If the Cowboys were to part ways with MM, which kind of timeframe do you want them to use. Do you want a slow search where search long and hard, while risking losing a top name? Or would it serve us better to make a quick move to get someone in here so he can name his staff and get ready to put his stamp on the team (if Jerry allows!) Please give your thoughts!
I guess it would depend on who was interested. If it is a coach from a playoff team, I would assume it would drag out longer. We know what happens when coaches have interviews in the middle of the playoffs.

"His mind wasn't on football, it was on his coaching interest!" I'm glad you all are pointing this out about the playoff coaches, a lot of us are looking at the guys already available. There might be a coach that makes a name for himself in the playoffs that could be of interest, hope whomever it is has a back bone------------------------ Aaron Glenn??

At this point we have to hope MM is sick of this clown show.

It sounds like Zimmer has grown tired.

That is about our only chance at fresh blood and "hope."

I think McCarthy is already on his way out the door. Hiring of the agent sort of tips his hand in that regard. Even if Jerry offers him a new contract I doubt he takes it. Not when there are openings out there that will be far more lucrative than anything the Cowboys will offer him and better situations when it comes to who he hires as his assistants and some control of personnel.
