I think this player would be an upgrade over Dlaw, he is a free agent and is 28 years old, he would be the ideal pair with Micah, Dallas has to invest here, there is no better opportunity than this, they would be fools to let him go, although I know they are fools, but if they sign this player they would remove the label of free agency fools a little.

I agree. This is the type of player they need to finally pull the trigger on.

While I know it won’t happen, I’d love for Eberflus to go back to the 3-4/2-4 Nickel D he used to run when working with Ryan. Then, go get BOTH Landry and Johnathan Allen. If all parties stay relatively healthy (14 games together), that would be the makings of a really good Front 7. Just my $.02.

I think if they did something like this, with Sam Williams coming back then add another DT in rounds 3-5 then yeah I think the front 7 could be cooking with a little gas.

PS - also would open up rounds 1 and 2 to go all offense WR/RB/OL

The usual response. Depends on $$$.
I think he could be offered a contract equal to the one he had with the Titans for five years, $87.5 million, much cheaper than the other DEs who are trade options, 17M per year I don't see much, for a player like him, The rest would cost more than 25M and apart from a draft pick, I could possibly even accept about 15M.

Sign Landry, resign Lawson. Cut DFlaw. Draft an edge for the rotation in April.

He's a guy I completely forgot about. Meanwhile he's been a productive guy and not too old. Definitely has the most Cowboys last name ever. Bring him in.
