It's not even a sure bet that he will be back in the league. I don't have a problem with the NFL suspending him without pay. I don't have a problem with the Titans not wanting him to wrestle. But how is it just to suspend him without pay, AND tell him he doesn't have a right to make a living? If the Titans dont want him to wrestle, they should compensate him whatever he was going to make wrestling. Some may argue Pacman just wants to stay in the headlines or something.

What "right"? Pacman should be stripped of any "rights" until he can learn to function in society...........which is pretty freakin' easy. Rest easy guy, I'm sure he'll make due financially.

Pacman should compensate the crippled guy for what he was going to make for the rest of his life. He took away his right to "make a living".

The NFL rules are not the same as the laws of the country. The NFL can do what they want to him in terms of their league, but to suggest that he doesnt deserve any rights when he hasn't been convicted of anything is wrong and against everything we believe in this society.

From just some of the rumors I had read, PacMan really doesn't need to be wrestling. As everyone who is just a part-time fan of wrestling knows, wrestlers stick together in a brother like manner. Well, the man who PacMan allegedly paralyzed was a former wrestler and friend of the part owner/wrestler of TNA. Basically, those wrestlers could easily 'shoot' on PacMan and hurt him pretty bad. By 'shoot' I mean they perform the moves and actions, but they don't hold anything back. When they through a punch, they don't pull it, they follow thru. Same for kicks and any other move.

Not saying that was going to happen, but it is a bit odd they ask PacMan Jones of all people to come in to help ratings.

I'm a bit surprised the Titans just didn't let him wrestle. They could have warned him about his contract and then if he got hurt just say "well, you broke the contract so we get out of paying you."

I doubt the wrestlers would shoot on Pacman as wrestling isn't like it was back in the day. You occasionally see that stuff from time to time, but a company like TNA has been losing money for years and with the industry as such, the wrestlers know there's too much involved to go out and shoot on a guy that has brought this much notoriety to their product. Plus they know if they shoot on Jones, they'll be likely kicked out of TNA and would be lucky to be working in front of crowds of 100 people at the local county fair.

I've got a lot of friends that are/were pro wrestlers and most of them are solid people. But never underestimate the fact of how much they would rather make a living as a pro wrestler over working some normal job. That's why so many of the put up with and stay in the crazy business.
