How much ya willin to loose? I 'll bet you anything you want to loose we cut Zeke at least 20 teams pay him to tote the rock

That wasnt what I said. I said at 18 million there is no team that would want him on their team.

Now if he gets cut and some team can sign him for 5 million then no problem. I am sure he would get a job.

Barkley when healthy but that’s never the case so I’m gonna have to go with zeke even though I like Pollard better

Zeke isn't going to sign here for 18 mill. he wont sign for 5 mill either. The point is people in the NFL are not as down on Runningbacks as some of you

It’s always the same. We take the starter for granted even though he is used for the tough yards. After the starter spends a couple of drives wearing out the defense, in skips the smaller but flashier backup to take advantage of the starter’s hard work.

The backup RB knifes through the fatigued defense and everyone forgets that he was resting comfortably during the first ten minutes of the game. Interestingly, he spends half the time on the field that the starter did but now he returns to the bench and waits until he is fully rested before returning to the field.

RB’s like Marion Barber, Joseph Randle, and Tony Pollard are the beneficiaries of the starters effect on the opponent defense but whenever it was time for them to carry the larger load, their contributions do not make the proportional jump. Quite often, they end up on injured reserve.

Pollard should not be the starter, he would be far more effective in his present role., No disrespect intended, he's not built to take the beating that Zeke is constantly subjected to, both he and his productivity would not last half a season. I would be willing to make him the starter and reverse the number of carries for a few games just to demonstrate my point.

NFCE is NOT the worst division—that’s fact. In 2021 there were two divisions with worse records. In addition, the NFCE has more Lombardi’s that ANY division. Those are verifiable FACTS! Look it up.
Yup. 'at's right.

A healthy Saquon Barkley is the best RB in the league.
Anyone saying Zeke or Pollard are just blind pom pom waving homers.

Well the best ability is AVAILABILITY. Availability is part of being a professional athlete that a team can count on being there to contribute. Availability isn't Barkley's strongest asset, therefore.... he is NOT the best running back in the NFCE.

1. Dallas- Elliott, Pollard
2. Giants - Barkley, Booker
3 Wash - Antonio Gipson, Guice
4 Philly - Thomas Sanders

If Elliott stays healthy and plays like he did for nearly the first half of last year, then I think the answer is pretty easy. Many of our fans seem to ignore the fact that he played with a partially torn PCL for most of the season and still ended up rushing for 1,000 yards and 4.2 YPC.

Prolly Gipson or Sanders. Maybe even Booker if he can stay on the field.

Look at each and every poster’s post-to-like ratio in this thread, and then look at yours.

I’m not saying, I’m just saying.
