A loss by TB may help us. But in the long run it doesn’t matter. Over all don’t care who wins. But a win by Atlanta, and for some reason we lose several more games, they will drop in the draft order giving us a higher pick if the win out.

If TB loses and we win yes we would move ahead of them. But it really doesn’t matter. TB and Carolina play each other twice. We must win out regardless. So those two will eliminate one for us anyway. And the other will win the division.
