TNF: Broncos vs Chargers

Well no but he won't be one of those players that never went. Or won.

And they look like they may be repeating this year. We'll see.

Winning once and getting there isn't enough for all the praise he gets. He hardly does any of these things in playoff games that he does during the regular season. His one SB win was against the Bears and Rex Grossman.

Phillip Rivers is not a bad qb to have here in a situation like this. Curious to see how he does. Gamer

Yeah, and with three different defensive coordinators, right? Wade, Rob, and Kiffin?

Three pretty good DCs IMO. Manning will get the ball out quick and he will generally know where to go with the ball. Disguising the D and blitzes as well as where they come along with the mixing up the coverages is the only way to slow the guy down. All those guys are good at that.

Horrible decision by Rivers. He had 43 open underneath. I hate when teams try to go for the homerun like that. Just be patient.

Rivers is not that good. He never throws with his feet set, or in good position. He side arms or short arms the throws. I hate that people put him and Tony in the same category.

I hate his mechanics but he gets the job done for the most part. I don't like his teams failure to go further in the playoffs but I seldom put that on one guy even the QB.

What happened on the sideline with John Fox and the DB who made the interception?

You know I love Romo.
But you're nuts if you don't think Rivers is outstanding.

DWare all miked up tonight ZERO tackles.........................ZERO sacks........

You know, Tony said "Elway" on national TV several times not long ago... is Peyton/Broncos having some fun?
He might be.
He also audibles "Elway" a few times.
And yes, he audibles "Romo" a dozen times

Tony also said "Omaha" I believe as well. My guess is that the Broncos got wind of the "Elways" and "Omahas" and had some fun with it.
