Losing Derwin James for essentially 2 years has really hurt them.

I loved him coming out of Florida State. I was hoping the Cowboys would move up the take him.

Yup. Lynn makes me crazy:
-Always running on 1st down, no matter how ineffective
-Epic failures w/time management and poor late game decisions
-Unimaginative schemes.

If the Chargers hired a guy like Eric Bienamy to help develop Herbert, it could make a world of difference

Who is their offensive coordinator? He needs to be fired. The Chargers should be averaging 30 a game. Lynn should have been fired in the offseason.
