Of all the takes that there are, that is certainly one. I struggle to see how they dont reach 10 wins just based on who is on the schedule. So far they have a strong win week 1 and looked weak to the team that dominated the Lions last week. After 2 strong wins I am more prone to believe in GB than doubt Lions or Commanders.

Hurts didn't turtle in those games. 69 points were scored vs 14 in those 2 games.

But we don't know if he would have turtled because we didn't have to find out. The defense shut down the opponent, so the Eagles didn't have to rely on Hurts to do much. That's the difference.

A Trent Dilfer can win a Super Bowl because the team is good enough to pick up the slack for any bad play. Hurts, Love, Dak, etc., are all better than Dilfer, but they aren't great QBs and don't have to be if the team can pick up the slack.

Hurts has been to two Super Bowls that he doesn't go to if he's a Dallas Cowboy because the team hasn't been good enough to pick up the slack. The defense would have let him down.

He really has the full bag but his most used move is an inside counter.
