well parcells called plays here. He also fired a personal friend maurice carthon after 04.

When parcells got here he hired a staff he was teaching at the same time he was trying to get the team to be molded in his style. what he did here is very underrated and its a big part in why all those coaches have big time jobs now.

For most of Romo's career they were as close as could be. They went to vasketvall games together, they went to Duke, etc.

It was only when Garrett made the call to keep Dak on the field once Romo got healthy last year that the relationship fell apart.
