TNF: Falcons vs Bucs

They should just tell McCown to throw with the other hand. Can't do much worse...

There should be. I think it will be tough since he doesn't fit into one position. Heck, he could probably be a decent DB too.

He came into the league as a DB and was moved to WR. He's been about as pedestrian as one could be as WR. As a CB, he wasn't much better.

watching this "game" i have 2 thoughts:

1) the Rams almost LOST to this team???

2) has anyone at BSPN let Keyshawn know that Tampa Bay is actually a part of the NFL for his next "who is the worst team in the league" statement?

Ok. I remember he was pretty good in college, forgot he did in the league.

Is there a place in the HOF for a guy like Hester?

I lean toward no. He did have an impact in the 2006 season, which helped the Bears into the playoffs. Even saved a couple of games for them. Big returns can be electric to watch; however, they are still an infrequent event. Scoring 19 touchdowns on punt and kick returns is impressive. It just isn't that many when you look at the big picture. Kickers have a bigger scoring impact. Add up the 19 TDs and you get 114 points. A good kicker scores that many points over a single season while those 19 return TDs have occurred over 8+ seasons. If there is a guy to go in as a return man, it will have to be Hester. I don't think it will happen.

So can we finally move past McNown being a solid starter? The guy is terrible. I disn't understand why they signed him when Glennon actually played very well as a Rookie.

Bucs are an absolute trainwreck. I cannot believe how unprepared they look.

Damn. What an embarrassing showing by TB. Unreal. I can't remember the last time I saw a pro game get this out of hand.
