3-1 CAR13 (12:22) M.Barber left end to CAR 9 for 4 yards (T.Davis). PENALTY on DAL-T.Owens, Offensive Holding, 10 yards, enforced at CAR 9.

that was the only penalty on Owens last night (per nfl.com)

There was a penalty on Columbo (Illegal use of hands) on a 15yd pass/catch by Owens.

I don't think he was talking about penalties on T.O.

By the way, Dallas got a bad spot the play before T.O.'s holding penalty. Barber got the 1st down, but the officials marked it just short.

Hell, TO's got about a game's worth of catches and yardarge taken away from him already this year due to boneheaded penalties by someone else. 2 last night, wasn't it?
