According to to the local paper (Stockton Record) they highly doubt that the Raiders would sign TO due to the fact that Javon Walker just restructutred his deal and that would be two many headaches for a young qb like Russel to handle. I think that they would just speculating but just FYI.

BTW: I don't think even Oakland is dumb enough to sign him: Russell is still young and impressionable. T.O. would ruin him in a hurry. I think he goes to Tennessee IF Fisher actually can get through to him once and for all. They're close and really need quality WR's. They might sell their soul for one year at 5 mil or so. There is no way in hell that TO considers signing with the Raiders. The money doesnt matter.
