Our offense has had its hands tied since the start. We lost Tyron and Lael. We tried Steele and Knight who are terrible. Then we find a decent formula by moving Martin to RT and Irving played LT and yesterday they both get hurt. We went from having one of the best Olines in football to being decimated.

This is IMO the worse thing that could have happened to our team.
the FO will find all kinds of excuses (injurie DO matter of course) but the root of the problem is Jerry and his family. And I never thought Mike would be a total bust in HC

A key to a successful football team is to adapt and overcome. This team has failed to do so. The Commanders have an Elite D-line going against a subpar patchwork O-line. Elliot can't keep fumbling. It puts the team behind the 8ball. The team has to fight for every inch on every play. When the OTs went down so did the teams chances of winning.

Moving forward the team has to win TOP. The defense can't stay on the field as they have each game.

Fundamentals are lacking; fumbles, blocking, penalties are all a reflections of players not focusing on the task at hand. Poor coaching is apparent as well. McCarthy has to clean up the fundamentals.

well, they said the same things about Garrett...he lost players and the demand was for him to scheme better and coach up the players......you can't deny MM cost a chance at this game yesterday with dumb play calling.....when the game is close, you don't have to take a risk. when your team is having some success moving the ball, you wait for next drive...when your defense is having some success against their offense, you let your defense do it again...you don't take high risks...at your end of the field, giving them the game. those risks were totally unnecessary and gave them 14 points easily....

I love when people say, "everyone has injuries this time of year". That's true, but not everyone is mi sing their top 3 OTs and an all-pro guard. You look at teams that have that many injuries on the OL and you will see struggling offenses.

And when you loose guys in the first quarter of the game, it's worse because the backups have not had time to prepare. Yes, everyone has injuries, but when you get hit at the same position 3 or 4 times, no one in the league has the kind of depth necessary to overcome that.

I've never seen a disaster at OL like we have seen this year. Really makes you miss the old days when The Great Wall would run on the field and routinely kick butt.
