We simply need to stop the big play passes. That is Brees' bread and butter. And I'm not going to lie. I don't think the Saints are as good as their record shows, but Brees is sick, and he will beat you with the long ball. Our defense needs to get him passing quickly for shorter gains.

If we don't handle Brees, he is going to hurt us. He is even more impressive than Tony Romo this year.

This defense is going to have to shut McCallister down early, and force Brees to pass all day, but not give him anything deep.

This means pass rush, and good coverage in the secondary.

Well yeah. When all the talking heads mention our resurgence they dont alwys limit it to Romo. They're giving props to the D as well.. and I imagine primarily because we stopped giving up the long ball.

So heres an opponent where it's their bread and butter. Lets see if we can keep it up. Obviously our defense vs their offense is the "key matchup" here since the fip side is theres no reason to believe our offense wont be able to overmatch their defense.

Let's not get crazy now. I have the ticket and have watched many of their games....Mostly because I had $ on it, but Brees has had a few really bad games. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy, and really thought we should have picked him up in FA, but he will make mistakes as well. We stop Duece, and we should be ok.

No, TR has been more impressive. Because he wasn't expected to play, or play as well as he is. Brees is expected to play well, it's just he is playing better, but doing what is expected, to get better.

Yes he is having a great year, but I'm more impresssed with Romo.

I dont fall into the Bush hype but I would honestly feel nervous with anyone but TNew covering Bush in their passing game.

Maybe if RW could stay between him and the endzone I wouldnt mind but this guy can move.

At this point, I feel comfortable with Ware on anyone. You don't need to be as fast as Reggie to cover him, just smart. And, is there more of a sure thing than Ware getting a single hand on you and bringing you down?

Guys, the Dallas offense is going to control this game. The Saints defense shouldn't be much of a match.

Generally speaking, we are looking at the same kind of game that the Cowboys played vs. the Colts. Only the Saints aren't as good (on either side of the ball) as the Colts.
