To Dan Bailey...

He cost me 2 beers tonight b/c I bet he would miss it (I was feeling particularly cynical for some reason...too much Nietzche I think)

Cheers!

Let's put away the anointing oil until he has a few games under his belt. This is the same kid that shanked the 21yd fg last week.

Not denying the great job tonight, but put it back in the holster, fellas.

 Hey girl!

Those were 6 of the most beautiful kicks I have ever seen. For a rookie to pull this off is pretty amazing.

Bailey just made all those kicks look so effortless.

I couldn't believe how easy it looked for him.

He's got attitude

If he's not the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week this week, the thing is bogus...

You've got a rookie playing in his second NFL game, nailing 6 clutch kicks, each one of them a no-doubter...

So now, he's 8 for 9 on the season, having made 8 in a row...

I'm starting to get that same warm feeling I got in Nick Folk's rookie season... I like that feeling...

Agreed. Man, for every one of them (except the last one) tonight I just had myself prepped to watch it sail left/right. Every single kick was right down the middle.

Hell he had me converted by the time he lined up for the final kick. I had no doubt he would nail it and he did.

Now, about this Beuhler character..................?

Definitely with you, 8 of 9, with multiple clutch kicks already this year! Starting to look like Bailey is starting out a productive career for the Cowboys. He's been money since that first one.

I get nervous every time this guy kicks. I have high hopes for Forbath as he has a legit leg.

Well after tonight, I don't how you could want Forbath instead. I've seen enough of Bailey to keep him as a kicker. I doubt they bench him and put in Forbath when's healthy. Every kick... right down the middle. He made it so effortless, too... great performance from Bailey.
