1. Fans get it out of their systems and then accept the fact that the main coaches are coming back next year...JG is in only his 2nd year calling plays and designing offenses...he's the same guy who lit up the scoreboard last season and to start this season...he'll learn from this and do a better job next season. Wade will take full responsibility for the defense all summer and into next year. Maybe we'll find another special teams coach.
2. With Kozier, Holland, and Davis, we're pretty set at OG. Adams and Columbo return at OT, with Free and McQ backing them and McQ giving some depth at OG...but we probably jettison Proctor and find a bigger, stronger backup C who can also play OG.
3. We have 3 good RB's, maybe this offseason we look for a 250 lb blocking FB to really solidify the run game. No moves at TE.
4. We improve our #2 QB position and draft a young guy with mobility for #3.
5. We find a starting SS to step in and solidify a secondary that is set at every other position.
6. We find another ILB.
7. We find another NT.
8. If we let Ellis walk, we find another OLB for depth.
9. DE isn't a priority, but we may look for one if we cut ties with Canty or Spears.
*** We have plenty of draft picks and free agency to fill all of these needs because most of them are not starting spots yet.
My priorities would be: Starting SS, ILB, backup QB, NT/DE (depending on the staff's plans for Ratliff), and a studd at FB.
Your turn, but remember, the coaching thing has already been addressed by the owner, so no point in beating a dead horse.
