To Fire Or Not To Fire....

I see the popular opinion on this board is to fire Wade Phillips. There are those who are strongly against it and making their voice heard but how many of us really are not sure if it's the right time or right thing to do? I know I'm not certain, I'm buying into the eebs philosophy that it could make matters worse but then how bad can they get?

I'm also at the point that I believe with Wade being a players coach that maybe just maybe seeing "their" coach on the hot seat and being called out in the media may spark this team. We have seen it in the past. maybe it's just reaching for anything but....

Firing a coach mid-season normally results in a lost season, but we're headed in that direction anyway. At this point, I don't really care one way or another. I'm not sure it will make any difference. This team has no leadership, but it also has no heart.

IDK if the season will be lost however if we don't do any changes and we don't make the playoffs. Everyone will be gone and we will start over.
