With a couple decent draft picks and a FA, an offseason in the new defensive scheme, I think our defense next year will be good enough. I think with our current starters alone healthy, our offense will be good enough. The one thing that I believe must change for us to start winning divison titles is an OC who can handle real-time playcalling. JG is a good HC and is good at designing plays, IMO. But we need a guy with fire in his eyes and in his gut to lead this offense from the sidelines.

That, and a new secondary coach... And my FA priority would be the top C or OG available... Anyway, I think we're close, but then again we've been close for years. Close, but no cigar...
