Eagles clinching the number 1 seed early will not be a good for them. They would be like the Manning Colts team who clinched a month before the season ended then lose after their bye week in the playoffs. Playoff football is a different beast all together. You want your team playing well headed into the playoffs. That is why I love the final four games on are schedule. Every team we play will be giving their all.

I disagree.. I am not going to hope for the cowboys to lose because of some possibility that resting their starters for 2 weeks is going ot be bad for them... that depends on the team.. it could make them unstoppable because their guys haven't had to put up with all the nicks and bangs for 2 weeks.
If we keep up with them they will have to keep playing their starters so as not to lose first seed.

then there is any given sunday... they could have an off game, lose to another team and WE get the 1st seed , if we beat them.

Who said hope Cowboys lose? I said the Eagles don’t want to go a month of playing meaningless football games. I love the fact the Cowboys play 4 teams that need to win.
