MM is coach. What is he selling to the team to get them believe they will have a chance to win?

I think this coaching job will be more tough than 20 or 21. More difficult schedule. Multiple first round playoff exits by the same Offensive core. Still no proven run stop DT. Lost Gregory. Dak's security blanket in Schultz. And a new guy or 2 on the OL.

What is on the camp Tshirts? What's the message?
If you are the coach, what's your message?
How do you motivate this team to be successful?
What will you be selling that will make a Lamb, Collins, Odiggy, Diggs, Parsons, etc... raise their level of play?
Where will Dak's confidence level be? After the playoff collapse we witnessed what is a coach going to say or do to make this team believe and help them win?

I think for the sake of the team, these types of questions make McCarthy no longer the coach in 22. No way to spin this 21 season to the team. They need a new guy to believe in.

I agree, its not like this was supposed to be a rebuilding year, the one thing that exceeded everyone's expectations was the Defense and Big M can't take credit for that because deservedly it goes to Quinn. With that I don't see McCarthy as our coach in the 2022 season, a change will be made before the draft.
