TO meets Eagles at their Hotel.

Apparently he was playing dominoes in the hotel lobby for 2 hours tonight with Reggie Brown, and Greg Lewis.

That just bothers me the night before a big game. Doesn't TO have any friends on our own team? Better yet resting up, and studying the playbook.

After further consideration I believe your post shows just how smart TO is. He obviously stopped by to holler at some old WR buddies from the team that are in town. Did he go up to their rooms where potential misunderstandings (AKA ESPN headlines) and possible altercations with other Eagles could take place? Uhmmm No. He laid it down right there in the lobby. That's a thinking man right there. :)

some of u have seriously lost your grasp in reality as a fan. its game, key word there is game. people who complain about things like this are what ruin the game. these same people that usually act like this are the ones who cause problems at games, or would if they were ever able to attend.

u people that do this are whats wrong with football, not the players.

Maybe T.O. was pulling a Van Wilder and put laxatives in their chocolate milk

the beauty of pro athletes is that they can separate friendship and gamesmanship.

so, he wanted to hang out with friends. what's the big deal?

i think it actually speaks volumes about TO that he has friends on the eagles who WANT to spend time with him after everything that happened.

obviously, he's more likeable than many want to give him credit for.

If Witten got traded to the Eagles next year and wanted to come to our team hotel the night before the game and hang out with some of his old teamates I wouldn't see anything wrong in that.

But I guess since it has something to do with TO then he must be up to no good.

If TO was chillin' with Shockey down in the local bar, then I might have a problem with that. But come on, even coaches call each other during the season to chat and give advice to one another. Even though they are competing, they are still colleagues.

Being a football player is a job just like being a programmer at google. You think google would fire their employees who were caught drinking with other employees (former college classmates or whatever) at yahoo? There is life outside of the office.

Man, seriously who gives a flying ***. You think that these guys don't go out every weekend before a game with opposing players? I bet they do a little bit more than just play dominos. This isn't college ball, rules don't mean a damn thing, they're livin the life. Micheal Irvin ring a bell?

I tried to tell Blue&Silver to email this breaking news story to ESPN last night. It would have been on the air by midnight. This is truly world classed reporting right here.

Man that guy cannot catch a break. If your friends came to town would you try and visit with them before they left?

I imagine if T.O. used a stall in a public restroom after an Eagle's player was done in it he would be accused of defecating...;)

Was it at the Cowboys' team hotel. Because they were all staying in a hotel last night. Then are able to visit their family's Christmas morning beore having to be at Texas Stadium, 3 hours prior to KO.

you realize not everybody on that team thought TO was the problem right? Some of them believe a certain prima donna, whiney, media darling QB who is currently out for the year was the issue

Bingo.

I was surprised he still had friends. ;)

Non-story. Move along.

Maybe TO was sending subliminal messages while playing with the Eagles receivers.

"I won another game, losers."

"Make sure you guys don't drop another dominoe."

"This is just WRONG. Another ROUTE by yours truly."

"That's three games for me. Wanna come again so I can destROY you a fourth time?"

Tony Romo and Jason Witten watch movies the night before games in their hotel rooms, c'mon now

and apparently TO has friends on the Eagles who wanted to spend time w/ him, catch up, nothing wrong in that, and he was probably as big an influence on them, as he was on Sam Hurd, and the other young Dallas receivers, you make too much of this
Agreed. When all that crap happened in Philly the lockerroom was split and there were some guys on TO's side. It's not surprising that he'd welcome them, not just b/c they're in town to play but b/c it's a holiday.

Frankly, i'd rather have him out with friends than at home alone with medicine bottles on a night like Christmas Eve.

Err... ummm... Congratulations Philadelphia Eagles. Your team was motivated and prepared. Exactly what I was afraid of.
