Don't let a top rated player slip or the Cowboys will pick him and make you regret it. #dez, #claiborne.

Counting chickens before they hatch I see.

You're the right person to make that comment, it's like Skins fans haven't been masturbating over RG3 for months now.

If Claiborne is a bust we at least won't be making down payments on that pick 2 years from now

Yeah, teams are really beating themselves up for missing on Dez. :laugh1:

Dez has a ton of potential but he hasn't even had a 1000 yard season yet. I don't think anybody is lamenting passing him up at this point.

I <HOPE> after this season all of those teams are.. but it's up to Dez to make it happen.

Would 72 yards make that big a difference in your perception of Dez?

If he where to be held to the same standard as every other 2nd year WR most would say he's been pretty damn good

Who is regretting letting claiborne slip by them?

The Bucs, who thought they could trade down to 7th and still take him.

Claiborne is the guy most people thought we would take if we were still at 6.

I think some teams may have been hesitant to draft him because of his wonderlic score.

Dez is a special player with the ball in his hands. I'm sure other teams understand that. He's got some development to do, but he's got 'elite' written all over him if he maintains the rate he's progressing as a Cowboy. He's also got a ton of heart.

He said he blew it off. He probably saw the questions and decided to just pencil in answers. If he tried he might've gotten 10-15?

He fell to the spot he probably SHOULD have been drafted. The only team to pass on him I think was Tampa. They drafted Barron, who I think Dallas really liked as well.

Nonetheless, LSU defensive backs are usually pretty solid: Ryan Clark, Patrick Peterson, Laron Landry

Ironic for that racist franchise.

+1
Also you set your franchise back 3-5 years if you completely miss on your QB.

Geez...some of you guys are STILL trotting out that asinine retort? lol...

I suggest next time you use the "I know you are but what am I" zinger instead...

And we set the franchise up for 10-15 years if we completely hit on our QB.

You don't draft not to lose.

The United States as a whole has a long history of racism. Makes me wonder why some folks havn't moved to Canada because of it.

It is 2012 people move on.
