Quinn had Pete Carroll who is one of the most beloved (by players) coaches in the NFL. This dude gets way too much credit for sleeping the the house Carroll built.

I think everyone forgets how the defense hated anything that had to do with the offense.

Didn't Richard Sherman go to Stanford?

He didn't just go to Stanford, he graduated like 2nd in his graduating class. The dude is wicked smart. He literally has been at the top of his class at school college and NFL. He just talks trash and made Erin Andrews uncomfortable. Besides that his record is flawless. Well as far as I know his record is flawless. He just talks trash and backs it up. No issues there.

But going to OP's post, ET has an "interesting" personality and so does Sherman. Quinn handled them well so the OP's point is a valid one.

Remember Quinn handled the personalities of boisterous Richard Sherman and Earl Thomas flawlessly. To the tune of a few #1 defenses and a superbowl.
