TO is the one that needs to go. Most of Tony's interceptions were thrown to TO and most of the locker room problems were because of TO.

In the post game show Howie, Michael Strahan and Jimmy Johnson all said the same thing. dallas has some good players but they are not a team and this is a team sport. They said they need to cut all of the distractions and concentrate on winning championships. I agree with that and think no team will EVER win with TO. TO has always been the biggest distraction in the NFL and that is not going to change.

well I think we see so many mistakes from romo because it is clear he doesnt respect any of the coaches and none of them have the ballz to get in his face.

Watching him waive off wade phillips on 4th down was sad. That was very disturbing and speaks to what is wrong with this team.

I love romo. But no qb should ever be able to do that no matter what.

Someone needs to come in and command respect, because romo and most likely all of the players have no respect for this staff.

That is what happens when the owner is in charge and takes the ability to discipline players away.

I am not sure which coach could get jerry to back off though that is available. Its just a bad situation.
