Anyways, your good names: "as an individual and a unit"- are being dragged through the grass like dog**** on a shoe.

Your coach is a good person that has had all of your backs in every ridiculous situation you have put yourselves in. He is prepared to basically lose his job in defense of your collective honor.

Why? Because he is a fool... but still. Loyalty counts for something does it not?

We hope you will use good judgment on how to rectify this matter.

Also: please keep in mind there is in fact, financial compensation based on how effectively the above are addressed. That's always is a good thing correct? I know in the past it has seemed to be a generally good option for professional athletes to collect as much of that as possible.

Now would be a great time for the purported "Tin Men" to become champions if that's feasible.

No, but I'd give anything to see a player's face who read this...not that any of them will. Still, I think this is quite well done. That's exactly what I'd tell them, and not because I think they're pathetic. I don't believe that. It's just that sometimes I think a coach has to kick some *** in the locker room and in team meetings, and to be honest, I see no better time than the present to do a little *** kicking.

The "choker" label and "suck" label became universally used to describe the Cowboys starting in 07 when they became the first #1 seed in the NFC to lose to a Wildcard team in the Divisional round.

It doesnt seem to have improved their performance on the field, actually the reverse has happened. The following year they didnt even make the playoffs and this year is starting to go down in flames as well.
