I get so tired of everyone in the media saying that TO will only last one year (if we are lucky). Everyone in the media said the same thing about Bill. There was no way Bill and Jerry could coexist. It was only a matter of months before the two would have a blowup. Well, here we are starting are fourth year, and I think Jerry would love to have Bill keep coaching until he has to coach the team from a nursing home bed. So hey this TO thing could work...stranger things have happened.

TO can make it work, it is on him to do just that. I would hate to think this will be only 1 year deal because if it is then I would consider this a waste and a failure. If he can make it work then Dallas has a top WR who can help this team now and the near future.

What I find more annoying: the consensus that this is Bill Parcell's last year. This, following on the heels of the speculation of his retirement last year--you know, just before he signed the two year extension.

Getting quite annoying too.

Everyone has their opinion on TO, don't need to start a new thread about it.

Well...to continue the expired equine flogging :horse:, Dan Patrick was on ESPN today saying how the TO thing will never work. He spoke to Ed Werther who said that Parcells called Holmgren to ask about TO. Parcells called Holmgren when he decided that TO was going to happen whether he liked it or not. Holmgren's response (according to Werther) was that he wouldn't hire TO because Holmgren, at his age, was unwilling to deal with a player where he had to think about him constantly.

Just like When mort told Dan, that Bill Parcells has all but said that he was gonna retire, and there was no doubt in hismind that last year was his last year. O could care less for ESPN and in tehre depth stories. Cowboyszone.com, actaully tells the trouth(sometimes) and not these make beileve stories, that keep peopel watchign them:banghead: :bang2: :banghead: :bang2:

For whatever reason, Werder hates the Cowboys and will do whatever he can to discredit practically anything we do.

Whatever he says, assume the opposite and you will be right most of the time.

Whatever, I just dont care what the mediots have to say anymore about TO. If he bahaves, great, if he doesnt, we get rid of him, but for the love of God find something else to discuss for the next 3 months.
