and for those who are into tutorials, heres a quick on i used on the lighting on owens in the foreground picture

the lighting effect on owens
3 layer render
bottoms layers desaturated and set to overlay at 50%
middle layer set color to blue and hit it with a white brush and set it to overlay at 65%
top layer color dodge at 60%

hope that helps with u designers who like a more blended in render as apposed to a solid image
