Anyone see the last few minutes of the NFL Network replay of the Giants vs Dallas game? They showed the locker room after the game and Wade gave TO a game ball. Then he huddled the team up and they all started chanting 81, 81, TO stopped them and said it is about "US", so they put their hands in the middle and chanted "US".

So much for him being a turd in the locker room, seems to me his fellow players like and respect him.

I like the way the announcers wouldn't call him TO but referred to him as Terrell Owens. I think I like that better.

Its not on the internet I dont believe. It was on the NFL Network, they replay 3 of the games from the prior week and add some commentary from players and coaches. It was on last night TV last night.

I just watched the 10-minute interview with him on dc.com

Talk about classy, he's found a home and is loving the moment.

I liked the little bit of it where he went up to Bradie James and reminded him to handle Burnett about the taunting calls. Very professional and thinking about the team.

I said in a thread the other day that it took Owens being in a class organization for the class within him to shine through.

I will say though... .back when with the 49ers after he made "The Catch III" against the Packers.... in the lockerroom.... the first thing out of his mouth was.... "I want to thank everyone of my teammates"..... so its always been there.....

It's when things have gone badly that he has acted out in the past. But I give him a lot of credit for saying and doing all the right things this year.

I just read something on this forum today that said that he had requested to be called Terrell, not TO, at the beginning of the year because he wanted to turn over a new leaf. I had not heard that previously.

Maybe, but it has to make you wonder if there is more to the story. McNabb's ego is pretty fragile, that has been pretty evident as of late. I cant help but wonder if part of the issue was TO was getting a large share of the credit and McNabb's feelings got hurt. Romo threw for 4 TDs and they are chanting 81, 81, not too sure McNabb was able to handle it as gracefully as Romo.
