First of all Colts had much more to play for in the WC race . A MUST WIN for them.

But we’d alresdy had our must wins to reach this point. We could have clinched today with losses by Skins and Egirls as well.

All we need is ONE WIN in final two games. It’d be nice to wrap it up next week at home and since the Bucs have nothing to play for I think it’s a great possibility. Then we can rest our stars in NY like a bye week.

The NFL is all about having your backs to the wall in must wins.

Just like in Pittsburgh. Must win for them.

The best team doesn’t always win in these situations.

Patriots live for another day. Steelers might not have

Problem is, we are known for exactly THIS.

Three games left ; we need

A win

A skins loss

A eagles loss.

After a bad game, people start saying the word choke. I Hope doubt doesn’t creep into their minds.

If the Eagles win tonight and the Skins win on Thursday, we all may crap our pants if we lose to the Bucs.

In retrospect, if we get into the playoffs, this is a humbling loss. It means we don’t rest our starters for two weeks and we know we can be stomped out.

Same for today’s game. Cowboys live for another day. Everything we need is still in front of us.

And the Colts season lives on which would have probably been over with a loss.

Those are the intangible factors which are so critical in the NFL.

Once everyone settles down, they'll see it as what it was. A game that may serve to smack us back into reality just in time for a playoff run.

Our players (and coaches) were smelling themselves.

Indy came to ball and we went to Indy to sightsee.

What people say is just noise. Has no effect on the players.

Next week a more likely game to win. One we need much more than today.

I just hope we rebound!

I want to win every game like everyone else does, but it's not realistic. If we're to lose a game, I'd like it to be be a non-division/conference game.

Agreed.

I would also prefer losing to the hottest team in the nfl, on the road. Than say lose to New York at home

Well we don’t nave to be concerned with going for the 3rd seed anymore.
Need to be concerned with winning another game Now.

losing is one thing. i understand the whole back against the wall thing but getting demolished is just straight embarrassing.
A loss is a loss. Only thing that would have been tough to overcome is injuries.

And it’s also a humbling experience in case we were believing too much in Jerry’s” we are different looking cats”.

I get what you're saying, but I think today's loss was more than just a lack of interest.

I’m not saying we weren’t interested just didn’t have as much at stake.

And when we got behind had no sense of urgency.
