I work two blocks from The Star. This marquee faces the Dallas North Tollway. The Star is on the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren in Frisco,

The background was pale white, but this is a TV and it banded. To be able to grab this I created this meme and dropped it here.

I am standing in the turn lane from the service road that heads into the grounds. To the left is the practice stadium and headquarters. They are still working on the grounds, so it looks a little hard scrabble around this sign.

Leading up to the front entrance of the covered practice facility they had banners hung from the lamp posts with the number 9.

This is a view looking at the front of the practice facility. Behind all the dirt and dumpster is a plaza covered in turf lined and numbered like a football field, so fans exiting the parking garage on the right can head into the front door. These are the light standards on the left. Notice the banners attached to the light standards. There is another matching group on the right. I couldn't get a head on and both of them into the picture.

Directly beneath the Ford logo is a huge TV that plays videos of the Cowboys.

Cool pic, but I'm ready for them to move on.

Sometimes it takes longer than others to move on and whatever the reality, the Romo era just ended like five minutes ago. Let folks have their moment. lol

Sure, I get it, but it (Cowboys Career) really ended sometime during the 2016 NFL season. It feels like a long time ago.

Only question left is how long will Jerry wait before putting him in the Ring of Honor.

I'm guessing it'll be soon. Jerry will want to witness it.

If Staubach's 12 is not retired, nor Emmitt, Dorsett, Pearson, and a long list of greats, then expecting 9 to be retired is a stretch.
gonna have to echo that one. romo was damn good and i loved watching him, but retirement is another level.

Was thinking the same thing, I'm betting on two yrs, 3 tops + I think Tony goes in 100% by himself as he deserves 100% of the appreciation.

I'm not so sure he won't go in with Witten (and dare I say Ware?). That'd be pretty cool.

Remember, Jerry put the Triplets in together.

12, 74, and 22 are unofficially retired.

That's awesome.
Two questions: Do you also live in Frisco? Do you drink beer? :oldcouple:
