Today felt different

Holy crap, yes I agree they aren't but the point again is when we have played not serious opponents in the past we played down to their level...today we did not
I agree with you and know what your saying, but there are others here who….oh, never mind.

My point was in the past when we played non serious opponents we always stumbled or struggled....

You're wasting your breath. We've just won three road games in a row, two against division opponents, all by a TD or more. That's hard to do in the NFL. The coaches - every one of which knows more about football than anyone here - will continue to work on improving the team, and we'll continue to cheer on victories. There's another group of people here that are miserable human beings. You aren't going to convince them of anything.

Can I convince you that I have a little bromance going on????

Hear me out....we have all been long suffering and know when we play a bad or medicore team we usually find a way to lose.

Today was the first time in a very long time that I actually had confidence we were going to win and it never felt in question.

Honestly...I think it's the defense....this team just feels different this year. Yeah we might blow it and get knocked out early, but the fear of losing to inferior teams has greatly diminished and its a good thing

I can appreciate that. And yeah this is the best defense we've had since the 90's. A lot to be optimistic about, I know part of thinking we were going to win is because of them. But do you also think that part of knowing we were going to win, and not fearing, is because how bad the Giants are this year?

Absolutely- we should have won...but the point is when we have played crappy teams we usually play down to them..

There was not a single second of that game that was in doubt

And that is a beautiful thing

The defense no longer makes terrible QBs like Glennon or Hill or Heinecke look like the second coming of Joe Montana.
You're right. They've made Herbert, Mahommes, Ryan, and Cousins look like Glennon, Hill, and Heinicke. Save the Raiders and Broncos games they've been excellent against opposing QBs. Still don't understand those games.

True, but I also think Washington could win the next time we play them based on the last two games. They're not quite as bad as the gnats.

Really Fromm scared you. They blitzed at the end he threw to the sideline. The Giants have zero talent at QB so they are screwed going into 2022
They have a pair of high 1st round picks coming up. They're going to have a big decision to make with Daniel Jones. Do you think they would sell the farm for Russ Wilson?

I felt this way against Denver ever since then I’ve been a little more grounded but today was never in doubt they just didn’t have the talent to play with us today

I’m confident anytime we face a division rival. They’re all trash.
1989.....Dallas WAS trash. Name the only team they beat......

Hint for the dense...... division rival.

And again......troll.

And that is the point...they didn't have the talent and the Cowboys never let them think they did

Garrett is no longer here. Its a confidence builder.
