1. What time is today's practice? Is it before the cut deadline? Melton was scheduled to be full go and Terrell McClain was scheduled to return to practice. I'm really interested to see if T. McClain can practice.

2. The cut deadline is 3:00pm Dallas time. I don't know why they wait this long on most players. There couldn't be more than 1 or 2 that could be possible trade candidates.

3. Claiborne's injured shoulder is the opposite one from last year.

Yeah, all in all the McClain thing is pretty important.

I'm asking about when the team starts to practice under the regular season rules aren't they required to file an injury report and when does that report get filed to the NFL?

Aah. I think the injury reports come out on Tuesday or Wednesday during the season.

No, but the rationale was that Melton wasn't going to play much anyways so they stat him out. Did someone say this in the pre-game show?

Dallas should be working hard this weekend to acquire some more talent. Wouldn't be surprised to see a trade either although not sure how I feel about that.

it shouldn't be that hard for us to cut them bums that we had late in games in preseason. We should of cut them fast and spent more time trying to get the trash from deep rosters.

If they bring guys in from other teams, I would hope they are clear cut upgrades. They cycled through guys on DL last season that were on the same level as the guys they replaced.

agreed. making moves just to make them makes no sense. but there should be a few upgrades out there i would think. just have to see how it falls down.

I agree. Hopefully they'll find a few players out there to improve the team.
