He was off to a pretty good start against SEA before they had to fall back on the pass game and was at a 5 ypc clip in the first half. And SEA is a better D than Dallas and still gave up 25 points.

The Cowboys better get ready for a heavy dose of him without their best LB and their 2nd best LB and this could be that game where the DT's have to shine or we're in for a long season with every team focusing on the run and creating TOP.

If they can establish Gurley early on and get into play action, the new NFL mantra, with Jones and Ridley, the Cowboys D could have more than their hands full.

This game on Sunday begins with stop the run. I hope it doesn't end there as it did in LA.

Wouldn't hurt for Kellen the Young to come with a ball control plan of his own and keep that ATL O on the sideline. Ryan and Julio ain't jack when they're on the sideline.

BTW, Ryan led the NFL in yardage the first week at 450 and had a 69% completion rate. He put 54 balls in the air and 1 to the wrong guy.

Gurley may go 100 and 50+. If I’m Atlanta I isolate Gurley on Smith out of the backfield. Easy yards

All the pressure is on Dallas....you know what that means.
Falcons got some pressure too. Hell both teams do. Both teams had high hopes this year and one will start the season 0-2......I mean 0-2 for the Cowboys in the NFC East is probably not much of a concern but the Falcons have the Saints, Panthers and Buccaneers.......it can get ugly real quick for them.

Falcons have a good DL, too. They can get after Dak.

I'd screen the hell out of our powder puff defense wit Gurley.
