They probably did. He doesn't have the same cut and explosiveness he had during the regular season. He was still the fastest player in the SB but he is dang fast when he is healthy.

He probably was injured. Gurley was out in the last regular season game... the next week of practice for the rams, hes not listed at all. However, there is a wrinkle in the injury report that allows teams to exploit a "loophole" for lack of a better term. As long as he fully participated in practice, the rams did not have to disclose anything.

Night and day here my man, night and day. That was a regular season game. A really important one, but not the SB. 32 carries for 168 yards. Gurley had what in the SB, 11 carries? These two guys aren't even comparable.

He told reporters after the game that he had amassed too much sand in his uterus. Is that considered an injury?
