Since Romo's insertion five games ago, I see a BIG difference in the combination routes receivers are running when lining up in the slot and bunch formations. Combine this with Romo's mobility and accuracy, I cannot wait to see how the 'Boys attack the Giants in the Meadowlands. I feel excited and confident about the rest of the season, someting I haven't felt since the '92 and '93 Cowboys.
We should all feel excited and confident about the rest of the season. Thanks to Romo and his posse.
I'm not sold on Haley as much as I am on the abilities of Glenn, T.O., Crayton and Witten. Make no mistake about it: Romo as the top reason the offense is on the move.
Haley in the past, perhaps of Bledsoe's slow moving profile, has not always had the most exicting game plan for the receivers. Too many passes toward the sidelines where WRs have to strain to haul the ball in. Having short routes that have the player (and the Cowboy recievers aren't that slow) catching the ball 5 yards in front of the first-down marker etc. Now Romo also allows more of a vertical game.
Romo and company just make Haley look good.
