Since Romo's insertion five games ago, I see a BIG difference in the combination routes receivers are running when lining up in the slot and bunch formations. Combine this with Romo's mobility and accuracy, I cannot wait to see how the 'Boys attack the Giants in the Meadowlands. I feel excited and confident about the rest of the season, someting I haven't felt since the '92 and '93 Cowboys.

We should all feel excited and confident about the rest of the season. Thanks to Romo and his posse.:)

I'm not sold on Haley as much as I am on the abilities of Glenn, T.O., Crayton and Witten. Make no mistake about it: Romo as the top reason the offense is on the move.

Haley in the past, perhaps of Bledsoe's slow moving profile, has not always had the most exicting game plan for the receivers. Too many passes toward the sidelines where WRs have to strain to haul the ball in. Having short routes that have the player (and the Cowboy recievers aren't that slow) catching the ball 5 yards in front of the first-down marker etc. Now Romo also allows more of a vertical game.

Romo and company just make Haley look good.

Haley is overrated and the one thing I like about MeO is that he will call it like he sees it!

Make no mistake... Haley puts in the passing game that BP tells him to put in!

Dont get me wrong I'm sure Haley makes suggestions...

I do like that about BP!

some of us old timers may recall the 90 season when Babe played for Troy and Shula got totally away from the gameplan (Emmitt) and lost a sure playoff spot...

something like that would never happen to a BP team....

Heres the BIG difference IMO.......Romo LOVES to attack the middle of the field. As well he should. Thats where the bread and butter is. Bledsoe went outside and deep. Poor vision/decision making skills. Tony on the other hand is a quick thinker, makes the decision and BOOM, out comes the ball. Nice vision too, really sees the field.

I don't think we can discount what Sean Payton did in all this. Looking at the difference in Drew Brees, and how the ball is out and perfect before his receivers come out of their breaks, you see what Payton can do for a guy. He helped Bledsoe spread the wealth, he really did when you look at what our top three did last year and how many guys caught so many passes. Romo just learned more.

Normally, teams have to restrict the gameplan when a backup QB comes in, but not with Romo. It looks like they have expanded it.

They are going to try the slant and go again sometime this season.

Romo probably saved Haley's job.

I expect some tinkering this off season and next year we could be explosive.
