At the end of the day, I just don't see Jerry/Stephen making any changes at the head coach or co-ordinator levels, unless Marinelli retires.

Maybe a position coach or 2, but that's it.

The issue isn't so much Linehan as it is Garrett. If we hired Haley, we would same the same simplistic schematics.
