LOVED seeing Damone Clark out there. By this time next year, that guy is going to be a big time player.
Clark tackling is solid. He has passed 55

He played 9 total snaps before the injury.Cox was playing very well before his injury. Great to see him on the field again.
Based on what?Only played 7 games before being injured. I doubt Barr is back next year and Jabril will likely start. I think he has a bright future for us.
Jabril Cox in 2021That’s not correct. He played 53 snaps last year before he was injured.

He was a 4th round pick before getting injured playing for the Cowboys...It took less than a game for Clark to get meaningful snaps on defense after only practicing for 3 weeks. Cox has been relegated to ST all year. He’s a glorified Matt Johnson. Injuries never letting him get back to what he was in college.
That appears to be Jabril's only skill...Cox getting back into game shape so he can whip Danny Dime in to la la land again on Turkey Day.
He played 9 total snaps before the injury.
He was playing in place of a CB on the Daniel Jones play at the goal-line.
Jabril Cox has not done Jack Squat.
Jalen Tolbert has accomplished more than Cox.
And Clark was a 5th rounder who’s had less time than Cox to rehab and play meaningful snaps. He was a 4th round pick before getting injured playing for the Cowboys...
Tolbert is actually playing snaps on offense and not just at the end of a blowout win. That comparison is really not saying much.
And until Tolbert makes even a single game changing play then Cox has him beat.
Barely.
Joseph played the majority of the Packers game.I guess with Tolbert you have CD Gallup Brown plus the three headed TE targets it’s tough to get on the field make an impact ….right now . I look at Tolbert as a slot Randall Cobb starter kit who can be valuable down the road . Way too early to give up on him or Jabril Cox .
Everytime I get down on 55 he had one heck of a game in Minnesota . Plus Barr was signed pre season . Been tough for Cox to get on the field as well . The young players I’m down on are KJ and Wright who are losing playing time to a 5th rounder in Bland. I don’t expect Joseph or Wright in Dallas long term ( next season) gone .

Jabril Cox in 2021
Defense 9 snaps
Special Teams 123 snaps
Cox in 2022
Defense 7 snaps, all at the end of the Vikings game.
ST 97 snaps
He was not even playing LB on that play...One of the few snaps Cox played before the injury was a great athletic play where he met giants qb at the goal line and pretty much knocked him out of the game.
He sure was hyped and people kept saying why is LVE on the field and not Cox. I always said if there was a better option they would be on the field..He was not even playing LB on that play...
LVE, Parsons and Neal were all on the field.
Cox replaced a CB on the goalline play...
Cox is a complete fail up to this point.
Joseph played the majority of the Packers game.
Last season he allowed a total of minus 2 receiving yards in his 1st NFL start.
hmm stretch much LOLTolbert with a catch today.
Jabril tackled an NFL player all by himself...
Tolbert winning in terms of non Special Teams career snaps played...
Exactly, wolfs days are numbered. He may even be out before years end.Cox and Damone Clark are the ILBs of the future long term hopefully. Wolf guy will be gone after this year as will Barr.
Total garbage time for both .. but that's better than nuthang at all.
Cox has not bulked up at all !! ... Instead of a LB ..he looks like a darn CB ...
