Tolbert had an outstanding TC this year, while Gallup hasn't done much to improve over last year. It remains to be seen whether that changes or not before the season is over. I wouldn't be surprised if Tolbert replaces Gallup in the depth chart eventually if their performances don't change. I think Gallup might have lost some of the speed and abilities that he had before his injury.

Valid question...mojo is missing for now.

Mike called the quick passing game yesterday due to the Jets D. MG is a mid to long ball WR. I suspect as we go along against defenses that aren’t very good he will get more opportunities.

That's a very good point. Gallup simply is not the guy in the quick passing game. Just not his forte. There will be games where teams will walk up and try to take away the quick game and that's when I expect him to shine.

He didn't do anything spectacular and had only 3 catches but in those instances he looked comfortable, was were he needed to be, and caught the balls smoothly.
Given his horrible rookie season, it's good to see that he may be a viable option to eventually replace Gallop who hasn't shown much of anything yet this season.
Tolbert looked good like some of us were saying he would this year.

Gallup is fine. The game plan yesterday wasn't featuring him that's all.

What do the Chiefs have that we could use? Seems like it would be a great place for Gallup to go in a trade.

Meh. Would like to see him do more with the ball once he gets it but it's still early yet and this is kinda like a rookie year plus for him.

Are you kidding?
Are you ? When we need to pay CeeDee and M.P..... if Tolbert can handle it he will allow us to pay both of those other guys, since it has been determined we will be extending Dak.

I think the next game the Cowboys will open up the pass offense because I think Tyler will be back and the offensive line will be whole. Also they are playing Arizona (Gallup tore ACL) and an Eagles coach.:popcorn: If Gallup does not get more targets, I will be worried.

Yeah, I'm a Gallup truther and I'm with you. I'd like to see him have an impact.
