How is that Terrell Owens obsession going for you?
:lmao2:

I dont even bring him up anymore.
I dont even respond to 90% of the TO threads.

But YOU, you bring it up in a non TO thread and created images for TO.

You do know that he is no longer a Cowboy right?

:laugh1:

I don't understand why Brady had to say anything, except to give his old OC some props. Unfortunately, it doesn't show Brady well. You don't put someone down (I don't think it was Romo, but Garrett) to prop someone else up.

Because he was asked. New England plays Denver this week.

I don't think Brady is criticizing him at all, but way to take a comment out of context.

He could easily be saying that obviously Romo didn't go into the game with a pre-conceived notion to throw at Bailey, it was just how the game went in reaction to someone saying "Can you believe Romo threw at Bailey so many times?". You could say he's criticizing Romo or he's defending him, it's all based on the context of his statement.

And of course, the context is completely absent from the original post, just a single sentence or a fragment of one.

ouch...that really had to hurt, all else aside.

The guy was asked a question.
The guy answered the question.
I am not sure we have the full context of the interview leading up to the answer but so be it. Guy was just answering a question.

But in the end it does not matter much to me what he thinks. Last time I heard Capt. Buttchin was the patriots QB, not the Cowboys QB.

The thread's creator is an obvious Owens fan. The image is reflective of the motivation behind the thread's creation. Can it be said that you act retroactive to my posts x number of times, even though you claim indifference about the subject matter?

Regardless, Terrell Owens hasn't been a Dallas Cowboy since early March. I'm uncertain why some feel it necessary to continue lambasting the Dallas Cowboys and/or its players on his behalf. However, it doesn't mean that it cannot be responded to simply because this is an opinion board.

Awww the guy Tony tried to emulate is criticizing him now. Hope his feelings dont get hurt.

You are so right ..... this is a great thread

He may not have wanted to shy away from him, but ROMO IS THE QUARTERBACK. After his interception on Miles Austin a smart qb goes elsewhere. Too much to ask from Mr. 67 million though.

Thats right .....MR 67 million dollar man ..... ya'll better listen to stilltheguru ..... he speaks the truth!

You deciphered the motivatation about Brady and Romo and targeting Bailey to TO?

That is a stretch.

A "stretch"?

Perhaps I'm being premature with inserting the --> . Let me ask you one question and I won't reply to any answer you may give whatsoever.

How would you define the vast (for lack of a more descriptive word) majority of stilltheguru's nearly 1,700 posts on CowboysZone?

Below is the complete, one minute excerpt pertaining to Tom Brady's comment from the nearly 30 minute interview, which you can listen to in its entirety via this link: http://audio.weei.com/m/26718540/tom-brady-patriots-qb.htm#

Now, after listening to Brady himself, who believes that he was specifying Romo himself or the execution of the team's gameplan?

[EDIT] Here's the thing about always providing links on this site...

If you post anything specific to someone else's public commentary, you can also provide your fellow readers with the complete summation of what you're attempting to convey. The article, from which the original comments were copied-and-pasted from AND which contained a link to the interview itself, could have been linked to. In fact, it should have been linked as per forum guidelines.

Actually, the transcripts by the OP was sufficient to come to that conclusion.

If anything, he is criticizing Jason Garrett.

Perhaps, but not everyone is convinced by what a reporter publishes.
